Please note that we are doing things a bit different this year with deadlines due to the major influx of Medicare patients. 

ALL NON-CUSTOM BENEFIT REQUESTS NEED TO BE IN OUR SYSTEM BY NO LATER THAN 12/16/24, AFTER THAT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SHIPMENT IN 2024.  All custom AND non-custom orders must be placed by these dates to guarantee 2024 benefits and non-custom deadlines are earlier this year due to the holidays, shipping and influx of orders. Please note a quote of benefits and/or authorization does not guarantee payment.  PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT UHC OR AETNA, we ask that you please update your records before sending benefit verifications for these insurances as we are not contracted.  Payment of benefits are subject to all terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions of the member’s contract at time of service.
