We will always be honest with our contracts and what is or is not covered and will never bill out of network unless prior consent is given by patient after thorough explanation.
Our services include assistance in obtaining authorizations for coverage of lymphedema medical products from the insurance company, insurance billing and case management.
We at Luna Medical understand the fears and concerns patients encounter prior, during and after treatment. We provide educational material for the treatment and management of venous and lymphatic insufficiencies, available lymphedema programs in a geographic area and answer questions about lymphedema, including causes, prevention, detection and treatment.

At Luna Medical, Inc., we are committed to providing the highest quality care and timely service to our patients and partners. Due to an unprecedented surge in demand, we are currently experiencing a significantly higher-than-usual volume of phone calls, emails, faxes, orders and general inquiries. To ensure we continue to provide the excellent service you expect from us, we will be implementing a brief service adjustment period.
From November 5th, 2024 through November 13th, 2024 we will not be actively processing new orders or patient inquiries. However, please note that we are not fully closed; instead, our team will be focused on addressing the current backlog of orders and fine-tuning our processes to improve efficiency ahead of the busy season/end of year rush.
