Lympha Press Optimal™ gives patients the best of both worlds: the gentle touch of manual lymph drainage and the proven efficacy of Lympha Press® gradient sequential compression. Lympha Press Optimal™ is the most advanced lymphedema treatment system available today.
Lympha Press Optimal™ features Pretherapy™, based on the principles of manual lymph drainage. This “priming” mode empties the proximal areas, setting up conditions for maximum lymphatic drainage during sequential compression. Used with our unique torso garments, Pretherapy™ pre-treats the major lymphatic collectors in the abdomen emptying them so that they will accept the lymph fluid mobilized during the main treatment session. Pretherapy™ also provides targeted treatment for truncal lymphedema, and abdominal and genital lymphedema. Used with our arm and leg sleeves, Pretherapy™ gives special attention to the limb-torso juncture, helping to prevent proximal pooling of lymphatic fluid.
The Optimal™ gradient ensures directionality of flow from the limb to the torso. Pressure can be adjusted in each compression chamber individually, for comfortable treatment of painful or fibrotic areas. The Optimal™ has the Lympha Press® quick cycle time, recommended by medical practitioners.

Home treatment is an important component of lymphedema therapy. Treatment at home with the Lympha Press® 201MAX is easy and effective, saves time and money on clinic visits, and increases patient compliance.
Lympha Press® 201MAX has our short cycle time, recommended by therapists for natural fluid movement, and up to 24 overlapping chambers per garment. Lympha Press® 201MAX has three individual zones calibrated at the pump, enabling the physician to set three separate areas of compression to accommodate focal lesions, contractures or scar tissue, and to decrease pressure proximally for a gradient effect. Lympha Press® 201MAX can treat one or two limbs simultaneously, and can be used with all our quality garments, including the Lympha Jacket™ and Lympha Pants™ for complete torso treatment.

Lympha Press® Plus Model 1033 (For Clinicians Only)
Designed in consultation with manual lymph drainage therapists, Lympha Press® Plus offers a choice of five treatment modes, including the unique Pre-Therapy cycle based on the principles of manual lymph drainage.
Any of the treatment modes can be combined in a single session to maximally stimulate lymphatic uptake. The pressure in each of the 12 chambers can be set individually according to physician prescription, for gradient compression and to enable adjustment of pressure over a painful lesion or wound bed. Treatment time can be set to any prescribed time, to fit patient condition and compliance. Pause time can be adjusted to accommodate patients with venous insufficiency and venous stasis ulcers. And each individual patient program can be stored, retrieved and operated via PC or data hub.
Lympha Press® Plus is easy to use, with a user-friendly panel that’s as easy as setting a kitchen clock. Or, program it via your personal computer.
The Lympha Press® Plus automatically adjusts itself to limb and sleeve dimensions, for high pressure accuracy. Treatment time, pause time, pressure and speed are all individually adjustable to meet any clinical situation.
