A Note from Juzo Regarding Service During COVID-19 Outbreak

A Note from Juzo Regarding Service During COVID-19 Outbreak:

Dear Valued Customer,

We are monitoring CDC, federal and state recommendations and guidelines regarding COVID-19 on an ongoing basis. As the situation continues to escalate in our home state of Ohio, the health and well-being of our employees and customers is our highest priority.

The Governor of Ohio has issued a “Stay at Home” order through April 6. In compliance with this, we are limiting operations effective Tuesday, March 24. We will fulfill off-the-shelf orders, as well as Custom Made orders with a reduced on-site staff to minimize risk of exposure to COVID-19. Although we have adequate inventories on hand, we anticipate there may be delayed fulfillment over the next few weeks. Trend color and print series garments and any modified (sewing) items that require alterations are temporarily unavailable.

Due to reduced operations we will temporarily not accept any returns.  We will extend our policy, and you will be able to make those returns to us when we resume normal business operations.

Although we will have staff answering the phone we would appreciate you placing your orders on shopJuzo (www.shopjuzo.com) to help expedite fulfillment.

We will take care of our employees during our time of limited production, to help minimize additional anxiety or worry. We will continue to monitor the situation and our Governor’s assessment of closures. We will keep you informed of any changes to Juzo operations and post updates to our COVID-19 Response page, www.juzousa.com/COVID-19.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support during these unprecedented times.

Your Juzo Family
